  • Account and profile data. When you sign in, we and our authentication provider may process identifiers such as your email address, name, and profile image, as made available by your sign-in provider.
  • Content you provide. Information you add inside the app (for example, events, tasks, or notes) is stored so the service can function for your group.
  • Technical data. Like most web applications, we may process limited technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, and timestamps, for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate the service, authenticate users, store and display content for your family group, improve stability and security, and comply with law where required. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the app—for example, authentication (such as Clerk), cloud hosting and databases (such as Convex), and infrastructure used by our stack. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. When you use Google sign-in, Google’s processing is also governed by Google’s policies.

5. Sharing

This app is restricted to family members who are permitted to use it. Content you submit may be visible to other authorized users of the same instance. We do not intentionally share your personal information with unrelated third parties except as needed to operate the service (service providers), if you direct us to, or if required by law.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information appropriate to the nature of this private deployment. Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service or as required for backups, security, and legal obligations. Specific retention may depend on how this instance is configured.

7. Your choices

You may be able to review or update certain profile information through your account settings or your sign-in provider. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with this deployment, contact the person who operates this Hogan Hub instance (the family administrator).

8. Children

This service is not directed at children for commercial purposes. If you believe a child’s information was collected inappropriately, contact the administrator of this instance so it can be addressed.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
